We deliver services through instant phone calls started from the ManOnCall app. Calls are placed to the phone number submitted by the customer when a call is started.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery is typically instant after you trigger a call. In rare cases, minor delays can occur due to carrier conditions.

Technical Requirements

  • Accurate phone number reachable at the time of delivery.
  • Stable network/carrier connectivity for the customer.
  • Device must accept calls and not be in Do Not Disturb or blocked state.

Service Availability

The Service operates 24/7 and is available worldwide where carrier coverage and regulations permit. Local restrictions may apply in some regions.

Delivery Confirmation

When supported, we record call initiation and status events to confirm delivery attempts. You may view relevant status in your dashboard (if applicable).

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails (e.g., unreachable number), please verify the recipient details and try again. If problems persist due to a technical failure attributable to us, contact support for assistance.
