ManOnCall provides on-demand digital services (instant call triggers). This policy explains how we handle return, refund, and talk-time adjustment requests.
No Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any case.
Minutes for Verified Issues
If a technical failure prevents service delivery, you may request a review via your dashboard or by emailing support@manoncall.com. If approved, prepaid minutes are added to your account immediately.
Request Window
Requests should be submitted immediately after the issue occurs so we can verify delivery logs. Delayed requests may not be eligible for review.
